طبق اطلاعیه جوملا! ، انتشار نسخه ۱.۵.۱۵ این سیستم مدیریت و محتوای وب بسیار نزدیک می باشد.

تیم جومفا ،تنها عضو رسمی تیم ترجمه جوملا ، فایل های زبان این نسخه را به زبان فارسی برگردانده و در انتظار انتشار رسمی جوملا ۱.۵.۱۵ می باشد.

در جوملا! نسخه ۱.۵.۱۵ تغییرات فراوانی اعمال شده است که می توان به چند گزینه از این تغییرات در زیر اشاره کنیم :

* سازگار کردن جوملا با نسخه php 5.3.x

* حل مشکل لینک ها در SEF

* ارتقا و حل مشکل ویرایشگر پیشفرض tinymce

* ارتقا  Mootool 1.12

* حل مشکل com_content

* مشکل باز کردن صفحه جدید در منو

همچنین تیم جومفا یکسری فایلها زبان همچون فایل زبان مربوط به ثبت نام و مدیریت کاربران را مجدد ترجمه کرده است تا مشکلات قبلی رفع شود.همچنین در این نسخه در نظر گرفته شده است تا مشکل تاریخ و تقویم شمسی بصورت کامل رفع گردد.مشکل تاریخ در بخش بایگانی نیز رفع خواهد شد.
