Joomla! 3.4.4 is now available. This is a security release for the 3.x series of Joomla This release fixes a low level security issue. We strongly encourage you update your sites. Download the t3_blank template from here and install it using the Extensions Manager in the normal way. Once installed go to the Extensions menu and select the Template ManagerFrom the list of templates click on Star icon in the Default column of the t3_blank Default to make it the Default templateThen go to the front page of your site, refresh the page and you will see the screen shown in the image below.
