How to access
نحوه ی دسترسی
To access the page, either click on Global Configuration in the main Control panel or go to Site > Global Configuration.

Site Settings

Site Offline. This setting shows when the site is offline. Only Administrators will be able to see the site when Site Offline is set to Yes. The default setting is No.
سایت آفلاین. این تنظیم وقتی سایت آفلاین است نشان داده می شود تنها مدیران وقتی سایت آفلاین روی بله تنظیم شده می توانند سایت راببینند . بطور پیش فرض روی نه تنظیم شده .
Offline Message. The message that will be displayed on the site when the site is offline.
پیغام آفلاین. پیغامی که وقتی سایت آفلاین است روی سایت نمایش داده خواهد شد .
Site Name. The name of the site.
نام سایت . نام سایت
Default WYSIWYG Editor. (WYSIWYG stands for What You See Is What You Get) The default editor to use when creating articles.
ویرایشگر WYSIWYG پیشفرض میباشد. انتخاب ویرایشگر WYSIWYG برای سایت شما .در صورت اجازه ی شما کاربران ثبت نام کرده در سایت می توانند در تنظیمات شخصی ویرابشگر را برای خود تغییر دهند .
List Length. The length of lists in the Control Panel for all Users. By default, this is set to 20.
طول لیست. تنظیم طول پیش فرض از لیست موجود در بخش کنترل سایت برای تمامی کاربران .
Feed Length. The number of content items to be shown in the feed(s). By default, this is set to 10.
طول خبر. تعدادگزینه هایی را که در جزئیات نمایش داده می شود را انتخاب نمایید .
Metadata Settings
تنظیمات ابر داده ها
Global Site Meta Description. This is the description of the site which is indexed by search engine spiders.
توضیحات اصلی مرتبط با سایت. توضیحاتی که توسط همه موتورهای جستجو مورد استفاده قرار خواهند گرفت را وارد نمایید
Global Site Meta Keywords. These keywords describe the site and are the basis for improving the ability of search engine spiders ability to index the site.
کلیدواژه های اصلی مرتبط با سایت. کلید واژه هایی که برای یافتن وب سایت شما می باشد را وارد نمایید . کلید واژه ها را با ویرگول از هم جدا کنید و برای جداسازی کلید واژه ها از تک کوتیشن استفاده کنید .
Show Title Meta Tag. It shows the Meta information of each article. This Meta information is used by search engine spiders when indexing the site. Each article can have its own Meta Data information (set under the Metadata Information pane when creating or editing an article).
نمایش عنوان متاتگ. نمایش متاتگ عنوان هنگام نمایش مطالب
Show Author Meta Tag. It shows the Author Meta information for articles and is used by search engine spiders when indexing the site.

SEO stands for Search Engine Optimization.

Search Engine Friendly URLs. When set to Yes, URLs are rewritten to be more friendly for search engine spiders. For example, the URL: www.example.com/index2.php?option=com_content&view=etc..., would turn into: www.example.com/alias. Most of the items created in Joomla! have an Alias box where a search engine friendly URL can be inserted. The default setting is No.
آدرسهای موتورهای جستجوی مورد پذیرش. انتخاب آدرس هایی که برای موتورهای جستجو بهینه شده اند . برای مثال www.example.com/index2.php?option=com_content&view=etc..., که باید باشد www.example.com/alias
Use Apache mod_rewrite. When set to Yes, Joomla! will use the mod_rewrite settings of Apache when creating search engine friendly URLs. Please note: it is advised that you do not modify any .htaccess file without an understanding of how it works. You must use the .htaccess file provided with Joomla! in order to use this setting. To use this file, rename the htaccess.txt file (found in the root directory) to .htaccess. By default, this setting is set to No.
استفاده از آپاچی mod_rewrite. جهت قابلیت دسترسی به آدرسهای مخصوص اتخاذ شده و همچنین دستیابی به قابلیت بازنویسی آنها از ماژول آپاچی بازنویس استفاده نمایید
Add suffix to URLs. When set to Yes, Joomla! will add .html to the end of the URLs. The default setting is No.
افزودن پسوند به آدرسها. اگر بصورت بله تنظیم شود . سیستم پیشوندی به آدرسهای پایه در انواع پرونده ها می افزاید .

Secret Word. This is generated when Joomla! is first installed and is not changeable. It is used internally by Joomla! for security purposes.
حرف رمز. در زمان نصب جوملا یک کد امنیتی بصورت تصادفی ایجاد می شود این یک کد امنیتی می باشد .
Path to Log folder. The path where the logs should be stored. The Joomla! installer should automatically fill in this folder.
مسیر پوشه وقایع (log). اگر ثبت وقایع در جوملا فعال باشد ، وقایع رخ داده در این پوشه ذخیره می شود.
Enable Web Services. This feature enables Joomla! to make RPC (Remote Procedure Calls) using HTTP as the transport medium and XML as the encoding language. This function should remain on to ensure that many third party extensions works. The default setting Yes.
فعال بودن خدمات وب. فعال بودن قابلیت نصب از طریق RPC (فراخوانی پردازه از راه دور ) با استفاده از HTTP با انتقالات متوسط و XMLکد گذاری شده زبان . این کار نیازمند سالم کارکردن تجهیزات درگیر است . بطور پیش فرض فعال است .
Help Server. The place Joomla! looks for help information when you click the Help button (visible in many screens and options of the administration panel). By default, it uses Joomla!'s main help site.
راهنمای سرور . در اینجا شما می توانید سرور راهنما را برای نمایش راهنمای آنلاین انتخاب نمایید .
User Settings
تنظیمات کاربری
Allow User Registration. This determines whether users can register on the site. The default setting is Yes.
اجازه ثبت نام کاربر . در صورتی که بله را برگزینید ، کاربران جدید می توانند ثبت نام کنند .
New User Registration Type. If Allow User Registration is set to Yes, this setting tells Joomla! what level of access should be given to new users who register. The default setting is Registered.
نوع ثبت کاربر جدید . سطح دسترسی پیش فرض ، نمایش برای کاربران ثبت نام نموده در سایت در سطوح اولیه میباشد .
New User Account Activation. This setting determines whether a new user will have to activate their account before they can use it. If set to Yes, users will be sent an email containing a link to a web address. The user must follow this link to activate his/her account. By default, this setting is set to Yes.
فعال سازی حساب کاربری جدید . اگر تنظیم را بر روی بله قرار دهید ایمیل فعالسازی برای حساب کاربری ارسال خواهد شد . پیش از توانایی ورود کاربر با حساب کاربری خویش .
Front-end User Parameters. When set to Show, users will be able to select their language, article editor, and help site preferences from within their Details screen. The default setting is Show.
پارامترهای کاربر سطح پایین . اگر شما تنظیم را بصورت نمایش قرار دهید ، کاربران می توانند زبان ، ویرایشگر ، و منبع سایت راهنما را برای خود در صفحه جزئیات هنگامی که کاربران سطح پایین وارد می شوند انتخاب نمایند .
Media Settings
تنظیمات بخش تصاویر
Legal Extensions (File Types). These are the file types users are allowed to upload. By default, when Joomla! is installed, basic image and document files are allowed.
پسوندهای مجاز (نوع فایلها) . پسوند ها ( نوع فایل ها ) جهت اجازه آپلود که با ویرگول از یکدیگر جدا می شوند .
Maximum Size (in bytes). The maximum file size users are allowed to upload, in bytes. The default setting is 10000000 (or 10mb).
حداکثر اندازه (برحسب بایت) . حداکثر اندازه برای یک آپلود ( بر حسب بایت ) . جهت نامحدود بودن از صفر استفاده کنید . تنظیم پیش فرض 10000000 است .
Path to File Folder. The path where non-image media files are located, including videos and document files. Upon installation, this path is automatically filled in. It may be modified to fit how a site's directories are setup.
مسیر پوشه فایلها .
Path to Image Folder. The path where images are stored. Upon installation, this path is automatically filled in. It may be modified to fit how the directories are setup on the site.
مسیر پوشه تصاویر (image).
Restrict Uploads. This feature restricts uploads by user type. The default setting is Yes.
محدودیت های آپلود . این ویژگی، آپلود ها توسط نوع کاربران را محدود می کند .
Check MIME Types. This uses MIME Magic or Fileinfo to verify files. The default setting is Yes. By checking the MIME information, you help ensure users don't upload malicious files to your site. If invalid MIME type errors are received then change the setting to No.
. استفاده از اطلاعات فایل یا MIM Magic جهت تایید فایلها . در صورت غیر فعال بودن این بخش اگر شما فقایل ناشناخته ای بدهید خطا محسوب می گردد .
Legal Image Extensions (File Types). This allows you to limit the types of images that can be uploaded. It operates by checking the file image headers. By default, Joomla! only allows bmp,gif,jpg,png.
پسوند تصاویر مجاز (نوع فایلها) . پسوند تصاویر (نوع فایل ها ) جهت آپلود . که با ویرگول از یکدیگر جدا می شوند . این ها اعتبار ارزش فایلی که برای هدر استفاده می شود را بررسی می کند .
Ignored Extensions. This sets which extensions are ignored for MIME type checking and restricts uploads. By default, no extensions are ignored.
چشم چوشی از پسوندها . چشم پوشی از پسوند فایل ها برای بررسی نوع MIME و محدودیت آپلود
Legal MIME Types. This sets the list of legal MIME types for uploads. By default, Joomla! automatically includes some standard file types. It is recommended that you do not touch this setting unless you know what you are doing.
انواع مجاز MIME . یک ویرگول جهت جداسازی در لیست انواع مجاز نوع فایل MIME برای آپلود .
Illegal MIME Types. This sets the list of illegal MIME types for uploads. By default, Joomla! automatically blocks HTML MIME types. It is recommended that you do not touch this setting unless you know what you are doing.
انواع MIME غیر مجاز . با و یرگول لیست های انواع MIME غیر مجاز جهت آپلود را از یکدیگر جدا نمایید . (لیست سیاه )
Debug Settings
تنظیمات زبان
Debug System. This will turn on the debugging system of Joomla!. When set to Yes, this tool will provide diagnostic information, language translations, and SQL errors. If any such issues or errors occur, they will be displayed at the bottom of each page, in both the front-end and back-end.
خطایابی سیستم. اگر فعال باشد اطلاعات مربوطه ، ترجمه زبان و خطاهای کنونی SQL نمایش داده خواهد شد . این اطلاعات در پایین تمامی صفحاتی که با جوملا هستند برای سطوح بالا و پایین نمایش داده خواهند شد. این مسئله به صلاح نیست هنگامی که سایتی بصورت زنده اجرا می شود، حالت خطایابی فعال باشد .
Debug Language. This will turn on the debugging indicators (*...*) or (?...?) for the Joomla! Language files. Debug Language will work without the Debug System tool set to on. But it will not provide additional detailed references which would help in correcting any errors.
خطایابی زبان. شاخص های اشکال زدایی را در (*...*) یا (?...?) برای زبانی که خطاها در جوملا نمایش داده می شود انتخاب کنید . زبان خطایابی بدون آغاز فعالیت سیستم کار خواهد کرد ، اما شما محل بروز خطاها را جهت راهنمای صحیح و با جزئیات دقیق نخواهید داشت .
Cache Settings
تنظیمات کش
Cache. This setting sets whether site caching is enabled or not. When enabled, it keeps a local copy of the content on the server to speed up accessing and lessen stress on the database. The default setting is No.
کش. انتخاب کنید کش فعال باشد یا نباشد .
Cache Time. This setting sets the maximum length of time (in minutes) for a cache file to be stored before it is refreshed. The default setting is 15 minutes.
زمان کش. حداکثر طول زمان بر حسب دقیقه برای نگهداری فایل پیش از بازبینی مجدد .
Cache Handler. This setting sets how the cache operates. There is only one caching mechanism which is file-based.
نگاهدارنده cache. مکانیزم پیش فرض زمان کش file-based می باشد .
Session Settings
تنظیمات جلسه
Session Lifetime. This setting sets how long a session should last and how long a user can remain signed in for (before logging them off for being inactive). The default setting is 15 minutes.
طول عمر جلسه. کاربران بطور خودکار پس از زمانی که توسط شما تعیین گردیده است ،خارج شوند . زمانی طولانی را وارد نکنید .
Session Handler. This setting sets how the session should be handled once a user connects and logs into the site. The default setting is set to Database.
ناظر جلسه . این یک مکانیزم برای شناسایی کاربران حاضر در جوملا که از کوکی استفاده نمی کنند میباشد .

Path to Temp-folder. The path where files are temporarily stored. This is filled in by default when Joomla! is installed.
مسیر پوشه فایلهای موقتی (temp) . لطفا پوشه ی Temp خود را به حالت قابل نوشتن تغییر دهید .
GZIP Page Compression. Compressing pages typically increases your site's speed. The default setting is No.
فشرده سازی صفحه با تکنینک GZIP. فشرده سازی بافر خروجی در صورت توانایی
Error Reporting. This sets the appropriate level of reporting. The default setting is System Default.
گزارش خطا . انتخاب سطح گزارشات مناسب از لیست . تنظیم پیش فرض بصورت «پیش فرض سیستم» می باشد
Locale Settings
تنظیمات محلی
Time Zone. This tool sets the current date and time. The set time should be where the site's server is located. The default setting is (UTC 00:00) Western Europe Time, London, Lisbon, Casablanca.
تنظیم زمان. تنظیم زمان و تاریخ جاری جهت نمایش . تنظیم زمان باید جایی باشد که سرور سایت در آنجا قرار دارد .
FTP Settings
تنظیمات FTP
FTP stands for File Transfer Protocol. Most of these settings are set during the initial Joomla! installation.
بیشتر این تنظیمات در طی نصب جوملا تنظیم می شوند .
Enable FTP. This setting tells Joomla! to use it's built-in FTP function instead of the normal upload process used by PHP.
فعال بودن FTP. فعال بودن خودکار FTP ( مقررات انتقالات فایل ) تابعی جوملا جهت استفاده آپلود فایل ها بصورت عادی
FTP Host. The host server's URL connecting the FTP.
هاست FTP. فعال بودن نام FTP هاست سرور
FTP Port. The port where the FTP is accessed. The default setting is 21.
پورت FTP. شماره ی درگاه ( پورتی ) که FTP می بایست بپذیرد را وارد نمایید . پورت پیش فرض ۲۱ می باشد .
FTP Username. The username that Joomla! will use when accessing the FTP server. Security recommendation: create another FTP user account to access a folder where files will be uploaded to.
نام کاربری FTP. نام کاربری می بایست توسط سرور FTP جهت استفاده قابل پذیرش باشد .
FTP Password. The password that Joomla! will use when accessing the FTP server. Security recommendation: create another FTP user account to access the folder where files will be uploaded to.
رمزعبور FTP. وارد نمودن رمز عبور FTP شما
FTP Root. The root directory where files should be uploaded to.
ریشه FTP. مسیر پوشه ی آدرس ریشه در سرور FTP آدرس ریشه، فهرست پایه میباشد که سرور FTP اجازه ی دسترسی به آن را دارد .
Database Settings
تنظیمات پایگاه داده
These settings are set during the initial setup of Joomla! It is advised to leave these settings the way they are, unless you have a good understanding of how databases work.
تنظیمات مربوط به پایگاه داده در این قسمت قرار دارد در صورت تغییر نادرست این تنظیمات ، سایت از کار خواهد افتاد .
Database Type. The type of databased to be used. The default setting is mysql, but this can be changed during the initial setup of Joomla!.
نوع پایگاه داده. نوع پایگاه داده وارد شده در هنگام نصب . این گزینه را ویرایش نکنید مگر اینکه پایگاه داده خود را به هاست دیگری تغییر داده باشید .
Hostname. The hostname where the database is located. It is typically set to localhost for most servers. It is possible for the hostname to be located on a different server all together.
نام هاست. نام هاست پایگاه داده در زمان نصب . این گزینه را ویرایش نکنید مگر اینکه مجبور به این کار باشید . انتقال پایگاه داده به هاست جدید .
Username. The username to access the database.
نام کاربری. نام کاربری وارد شده جهت دستیابی به پایگاه داده در زمان نصب

Database Prefix. The prefix used before the actual table's name. This allows you to have multiple Joomla! installations in the same database. The default setting is jos_, but this can be changed during initial setup of Joomla!.
پیشوند پایگاه داده. پسوند مورد استفاده برای پایگاه داده وارد شده در هنگام نصب . این به شما اجازه می دهد در یک پایگاه داده یکسان چندین نصب جوملا داشته باشید . تنظیم پیش فرض jos_ است اما در طی آغاز نصب جوملا می توند تغییر یابد .
Mail Settings
تنظیمات نامه
The mail settings are set during the initial setup of Joomla!. These settings can be changed whenever needed.
این تنظیمات مربوط به ارسال ایمیل ها از طرف جوملا می باشد .
Mailer. This setting sets which mailer to use to deliver emails from the site. The default setting is PHP Mail Function. This can be changed during the initial setup of Joomla!.
نامه رسان. لطفا سیستم فرستنده ایمیلی را که به کاربران سایت نا مه ی الکترونیکی ارسال خواهد کرد را انتخاب نمایید .
PHP Mail Function. This uses the mail function that is built into PHP.
تابع ایمیل PHP . چنانچه PHP میل را انتخاب را انتخاب نمایید از توابع موجود در php برای ارسال نامه های شما استفاده می شود .
Sendmail. This uses the Sendmail program, which is typically used when creating HTML email forms.
ارسال نامه .
SMTP Server. This uses the site's SMTP server.
سرور SMTP
Mail from. The email address used by Joomla! to send site email.
نامه از طرف. این آدرس ایمیل ، جهت فرستادن نامه ها از طرف سایت استفاده خواهند شد
From Name. The name Joomla! will use when sending site emails. By default, Joomla! uses the site name during the initial setup.
از نام. مقدار پیش فرض این گزینه همان نام سایتی است که هنگام نصب وارد کردید .
Sendmail Path. The path where the Sendmail program is located. This is typically filled in by Joomla! during the initial setup. This path is only used if Mailer is set to Sendmail.
مسیر فرستادن نامه . مسیر فهرست نرم افزار فرستنده ایمیل در هاست سرور خود را وارد نمایید .
SMTP Authentication. If the SMTP server requires authentication to send mail, set this to Yes. Otherwise leave it at No. This is only used if Mailer is set to Sendmail.
تصدیق SMTP . در صورتی که SMTP هاست شما نیاز به تصدیق دارد ، بله را انتخاب کنید .
SMTP Username. The username to use for access to the SMTP host. This is only used if Mailer is set to Sendmail.
نام کاربریSMTP. نام کاربری SMTP هاست را جهت دستیابی به آن وارد کنید .
SMTP Password. The password to use for access to the SMTP host. This is only used if Mailer is set to Sendmail.

Save. Save the modifications you made to the Global Configuration. You will be redirected to the Control Panel.
ذخیره . ذخیره تغییرات اعمال شده در تنظیمات اصلی .شما به صفحه کنترل راهنمایی خواهید شد .
Apply. Save it, but stay in the same screen.
بکارگیری : ذخیره می کند ولی در همین صفحه می ماند
Close. Return to the Control Panel without saving the modifications you made to the Global configuration.
بستن : برگشت به صفحه ی کنترل بدون ذخیره کردن تغییرات اعمال شده در تنظیمات اصلی
Help. Open this Help Screen.

Most, if not all, of these settings can be set once and then left alone.

If major modifications need to be made, then consider taking the site offline to test it and to make sure everything is in working order.

The settings are saved in '<Joomla! root>/configuration.php'. You have to either activate the FTP-layer or make the 'configuration.php' file writable to save your changes.
